Medical Records
It is our pleasure and duty to provide patients and their treating physicians with their medical records. We suggest:
- Calling at least 24 hours before you need any medical records so that we have ample time to print/prepare them for you.
- Keep in mind that we are prohibited by privacy laws from releasing any information to anyone other than the patient, the referring physician, or the legal guardian/power of attorney of the patient, unless written and signed consent is presented. Photo identification is required when picking up medical records.
