I would like to take this opportunity to commend you on the professional team you have working for you at your Delray Office. I went to your office a few years back and remember filling out your questionnaire and praising your staff. Last year for some reason I was sent to another facility in Boca Raton for my mammogram and I had the worst experience ever. I was confident that I would never return along with other numerous amounts of women who were also disappointed with the service they received. They lacked what you provide on a consistent basis which is a warm, genuine, caring staff.

Lynne at the registration desk could not have been more welcoming and personable. What a great first impression! She was very friendly and made you feel that you were not just another patient. She even used my name throughout our interaction! I am a manager at a Resort and constantly remind my team to use the guest name to personalize the service.

Teresa who did my mammogram was also very kind and patient. She truly showed that she enjoyed doing what she did and she cared about the person.

The technician who performed my ultrasound (I apologize I did not get her name) was also very nice and professional.

I have told numerous people about my experience with your Delray office and recommended them to go there for their imaging needs. Your staff sets the precedence for other companies to follow.
